Tips to Burning Fat

Former Surgeon General C.Everett Koop said about obesity: "Obesity represents the consequences of a mismatch between intake and energy expenditure.

Because hard physical labor is no longer required ofus, maen and women living in industrialized societies must reduce their intkae of fofod in oredre to match their sedentary lifestyles.

The energy expenditure of the averagea American laborer is half of that demanded at the turn of the century, when the labor force was predominantly agricultural. Decreasing calorie intake to match a drastically reduced energy expenditure is a formidable challenge t many of us , but not all of us."

There are however a many treatment suggestions for fighting obesity. But about the most positive solution is to stick to a good exercise and a good diet plan from which you may benefit tremendously. As you become fitter, exercise will become easier and each time you will use less energy. If you stick to the same old workout routine you may be at a loss.

You need a workout program that steadily increases the pressure to keep burning fat. that workout program needs a different workout everyday for at least three days a week.

Starting with 2 sets per exercise and in each successive being burned by the end of your workout.week an additional set for each exercise.

If you exercise that way, your metabolic rate will increase and result in more calories per hour being burned by the end of your workout.

Many people are of the notion that over-the-counter diet remedies(e.g teas and pills) will solve their obesity problems. But no, these miracle cures are only advertised to make the manufacturer's wallets fatter.

The idea is to change your eating habits, meaning, eat more protein and less fat. That means, eat less of the butter, the meats an the cheese among others. Furthermore, instead of eating three square meals a day, eat smaller portions of food throughout the day.

It is alright to eat dessert, but do not be a glutton! It is not about eating less, but about eating sensibly.

Here are some tips to burning fat:

1) Eat more- eat several times a day and you will boost your metabolism thus burning more calories through digestion. Of course eat meals that are high in protein and rich in fibre.

2) Do not eat before bedtime- No eating after 7pm or rather do not eat three hours before bedtime.

You should not eat late because that encourages gas and prevents proper digestion of food. Besides late eating may cause your stomach to cramp and bloating. Moreover, if you eat late you may tend to get up tired. That is because when your body has to rest it has to fight to get your food digested during the night.

3) Don't eat for comfort- Some people eat when they are stressed. Stress causes an increase of cortisol and can cause you to get fat. Drink water instead. Sometimes, during depression you might think you are hungry but actually you are simply using food as a form of comfort. Stress and weight loss are not a good combination.

4) Cut down on salt- Be careful with the amount of salt you put into your system. Sometimes you can consume too much salt through packaged and canned foods. Use less of pre-packaged foods. Eat fruits instead or cook your own dinner. besides too much salt can lead to hypertension.

5) Cut down on the mayonnaise- Too much salad dressing could also be a problem so be careful.

All in all, be mindful of the way you eat and how you eat. A heavy breakfast, a light lunch and an even lighter supper will suffice in most cases if you truly want to lose weight.

Obesity is not a pleasant situation. It interferes with your health, so try to eat the correct way. take your time.

Obesity is not developed in one day and you will take time to lose weight.

Don't get discouraged and give up for the longest journey starts with a single step.

Most importantly, love your body enough to treat it the right way! Oh! and one way to start losing these unwanted pounds is to start brisk walking daily.
