What is Creative Vibes? |

Creative Vibes is a production
of the Cultural Development
Foundation
(CDF) that seeks to
present individuals who are
involved in the arts, with an
avenue to showcase to the
public, the abilities. It takes the
form of a show which is
held once monthly on the first
sunday of the month.
St. Lucians who are involved in
the arts send in a biography to
Caren Tobierre who manages
the event. From there, she arranges a meeting and decides where to fit the individual in.
The show allows the arts
personnel 20-30 minutes to
perform on stage at the Celebrity
Sports Bar located in Gros Islet.
Different forms of presentations
of visual and performance arts
are displayed from both amateur
and professional persons.
Simply put, Creative Vibes
focuses on pushing the Arts in
St. Lucia forward by firstly
allowing arts personnel to take
center stage and expose their
work to the public.
The Creole language is fully and
adequately represented as
many persons deliver their
material in that language.
